Allergens


Allergens are identified on our product pages and our recipe cards in bracketed italics (for example). Due to packaging and production methods, our recipes may contain traces of any of the specified 14 allergens as specified by the  Food Standards Agency. These include cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia nuts), celery, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, lupin, molluscs.

If you are unsure if you are allergic or intolerant to an ingredient that is in one of the recipe kits then please do not purchase the product until you have sought professional advice from your doctor or GP.
