As most of our recipes contain low-risk foods (e.g. vegetables) they will keep for 4 to 5 days, or even longer. However, we recommend eating within this time frame to enjoy the best flavours. Those with dairy or chilled soya will keep for around 3 days. Please always check the use by dates on these products.
