Falafel is a classic Middle Eastern dish. This simple recipe is quick to make using tinned chickpeas rather than dried so that you can make homemade falafel without needing a blender. The secret to making the falafel stick together is a touch of baking powder and flour in the falafel mix and our choice of Napolina chickpeas which are soft and easy for mashing.
