Leek Tart & Courgette, Butterbean & Lemon Salad
Our leek tart takes its influence from the puff pastry, cream and leek tarts of Northern France, called flamiche. Instead of red wine, we're pairing ours with a fresh veggie salad of roasted courgette and butterbeans with a lemon dressing. You'll also get an extra portion of greens baked into the filling of your tart. This is a super simple recipe that looks and tastes great.
