You voted for this recipe to be the next one we developed and here it is! This is one of the favourite dishes of two of our volunteers, Mai and her sister Tham, who have been regular Make Kitteers all summer! Their father was born in Vietnam and came over to the UK as a refugee during the Vietnamese war. Summer rolls are fresh, light and tasty and so easy to make when you know how. We serve these with a cucumber salad and a peanut hoisin dipping sauce!

MK herb bunch: mint, cucumber
MK cucumber salad dressing mix: 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, ½ tsp chilli flakes
MK hoisin peanut Mix: 80g smooth peanut butter, 80g hoisin sauce, 10ml soy sauce
