Fishcakes are really easy and cheap to make yourself and they taste so much better homemade. They are also quick and you'll be sitting down in 30 minutes feeling accomplished at having made your own! In this recipe, we use sweet potatoes, which contain more nutrients than normal potatoes, and tuna which are shaped into patties and covered in panko breadcrumbs. Served alongside a broccoli and tomato salad with a lime dressing.
