Veggie Spaghetti Bolognese

Harry, one of our Fellows Court customers, loves to cook Spaghetti Bolognese and gave us this recipe to work with for the packs. We’ve adapted the recipe to make it vegetarian, substituting soya mince instead of beef. Really easy to make and will take less than 25 minutes to cook. The marmite is the secret ingredient that adds richness to the sauce. Whether you love it or hate it on toast, you’ll definitely love it here!
